At Anmara Weaves, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We accept exchanges for products within three days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by a valid reason for the exchange. Please note that discounted or offer products are not eligible for exchange.
We do not accept returns for personalized, customized, or sale items unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence, to facilitate resolution. Our team will review the claim and guide you on the next steps for a replacement or corrective action.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during purchase. The timeline for refund processing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
