Delivery timelines are estimated based on order type and location. Exchanges are allowed within three days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Discount offers do not apply to exchanged products. We do not accept returns for personalized, customized, or sale items unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Any claims regarding damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence if possible.
